Great for kids and adults alike. Only things that let it down for us was that it was so expensive in the main venue and it wasn't very clean, we went in most days for the kids shows and the carpets and tables were dirty and sticky every day. For the cost of going there you expect somewhere clean.
We love it here have been coming for some years and we are not teenagers. The site is very clean and very well kept we have never experienced other. I suppose in some cases there is always the exception
Don't go for the service and happy staff.. They must be treated badly... Insane rules on where you can eat in the restaurant and drink in the bar. Food adequate but over priced really... Looks quite tired now.. the pools should be drained cleaned and repaired... The changing rooms are a disgrace... Either hot or cold and all the time dirty... Changing rooms being the place rules should apply they don't bother.. I gave it three stars because the kids entertainment is good value and kids seem to love it...
I'd say the resort is well worth a visit. There's something on site daily for children to remain actively engaged throughout your stay and the variety in activities is good too. The activity coordinators are really helpful and passionate about what they do. However, staff in the owners section weren't driven in the same manner, which was disappointing.
Absolutely Fantastic place. Been the last 4 years in a row and had a superb holiday each and every time. Can't fault a thing about Primrose Valley or Haven. Will be returning again next year for sure and looking forward to it already. The site, grounds, caravans, staff across all outlets, entertainment and entertainment staff, all facilities are second to none. It's like home away from home and I've been more then impressed from the first visit.
