Ground Floor @ The Lawns - a wonderful find in FileyWe have just returned from a wonderful weekend at Ground Floor @ The Lawns in Filey. The location is a stones throw from the sea front and town centre (literally a two minute walk). The apartment is on a very quiet street with the added advantage of a free parking space to the rear which immediately removed the stress of finding a parking space when we arrived on Friday evening. The apartment is very tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. The lounge is stunning and a lovely place to relax as we did after a days walking on Saturday. Large Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker to play our music and plenty of comfortable seating and cushions! The bedroom was a haven, with crisp white bedding and a lovely comfortable bed. Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook on Saturday, including complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so very quiet. We really felt like we were at home on holiday! Great for us as a couple and loads of space for a family too. There is a lovely courtyard at the back to sit out in sunnier times too. All in all a fabulous find and one that we have no hesitation in recommending! We will definitely be booking to go back soon.

Lovely place
Great area right near the beach. Clean modern cozy accommodation. Dog friendly, but didn't smell of dogs. Spacious and all mod cons. Highly recommended.
Great place to stay. Very clean. Fred and Christine are very nice people. We have now stayed here on numerous occasions. Would recommend. First class.
