Staff excellent, manager a complete plonker. He made a terrible decision on Halloween night. The toilets are in the main complex outside of the live lounge. He decided that, because it was busy, anyone who went outside to use the look, wasn't allowed back in. Instead people had to queue back up to get to their families, tables and drinks etc. Should have been a ticketed or hand stamped event.Apart from that, great for kids, good for parents to relax.

Great place. Definitely can't wait to go again if given the chance too. Great for the kids too. Super friendly staff also.
Lovely place for kids! Good drinks and facilities (shops).Entertainment slightly based for older children however not sure if it was because we were out of season! Lovely evening spent here though.
Our son absolutely loved the evening activities including the awesome live shows to close off the night. The Abba and Michael Jackson tribute shows in particular were slick and wonderfully choreographed. My favourite was the Jersey Boys show which was presented brilliantly. Applause to the troupe which performs these shows each eve.
