Just had my new carpet fitted today. I am very happy with it and must say the choice of carpets in store is amazing. If you want a room size remnant you will be spoilt for choice and the sizes are excellent. They let us bring home some samples as we ordered from the main floor and the gentleman who served us (Frank?) was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. The store owner cam the following day to measure and we purchased the carpet, underlay, grippers, door bars and fitting as a package deal which was very good value. Once the carpet was delivered to them they hung on to it until the decorating was finished and then a young man came out to fit it. We had to pay him separately but this was included in the overall cost. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Country Carpets and will most certainly recommend and use them again
The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find the perfect carpet! Within less than a week the carpet was fitted and the team even called afterwards to make sure we were happy with the carpet.
